Terms of Service
Plain terms for a free, public pricing reference. Read “No warranty” and “Limitation of liability” before you rely on any number here.
Effective August 18, 2026
What this site is
LLMRates.ai is a public reference for the published prices of LLM and generative-AI APIs. Every figure is collected automatically from a vendor's own pricing or documentation page. The site is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any vendor listed on it.
No warranty
The site, the API and the dataset are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.
Prices change without notice, and an automated reader can misread a page. Every figure here is a copy of something a vendor published, not a quote from that vendor. Confirm the current price on the vendor's own page before making a purchasing, budgeting or engineering decision. Where a page shows a source link and a last-checked date, that is the full extent of what is being claimed for the number.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LONGINFO TECHNOLOGY INC is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site, its API or its dataset — including lost profits, overspend, and decisions made on a figure that turned out to be wrong or out of date.
The data and its licence
The pricing dataset is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). You may use it freely, including commercially, as long as you credit LLMRates.ai. That licence carries its own disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability, which apply to the data alongside the two sections above.
The licence covers the pricing data. It does not cover the site's design, text or code.
Using the API
The read-only API is open to everyone: no key, no signup, no charge. The complete dataset is also published daily as JSON and CSV on GitHub. For anything bulk, that file is the supported path — one request instead of thousands.
There is no quota and no metering: requests are not counted against you. What is asked in return is that automated use stays reasonable, and that bulk data is taken from the daily export rather than by polling the API in a loop. If you are planning sustained high volume, tell us — not because access would be cut off, but so it is not a surprise.
Please do not scrape the pages for data the API already returns for free — it costs you a headless browser and costs us a rendered page, for a worse copy of something available as one request. If you need more than the public endpoints give you — higher volume, large-scale commercial redistribution, price history, an SLA — get in touch. That conversation is usually short.
Names and trademarks
Model names, vendor names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify what is being priced. Their presence implies no partnership or endorsement in either direction.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the site changes, and the effective date above moves with them. Material changes are noted on this page rather than swapped in quietly.
