What the plan grants is a balance, not an endpoint: "Dollar Usage — The core billing concept in TRAE, referring to actual US dollar currency, which is used as the final deduction unit for each user's chat. All token-generated costs are internally converted to Dollar and then deducted." Models TRAE does not host arrive on your own credentials — the custom-model flow asks you to supply "the API format, request URL, model ID, and authentication information". Spending past the balance is a switch on the same account rather than a second product: "Only Lite, Pro, Pro+, and Ultra users can use the On-demand Usage feature."
