Allowances
3× M Plan Go (International)
x Go's usage per 5-hour window
›The vendor's own wording
The overview's usage table gives Explore "3x" under "Usage relative to Go", and the card says "3× Go usage". Go itself is never sized, so this is a ratio, not an allowance.Open the source page
3× M Plan Go (International)
x Go's usage per weekly window
›The vendor's own wording
The same "3x". The multiple is stated per tier, not per window, and both windows reset "to your tier's full limit", so the weekly window carries it too.Open the source page
Models included
| Model | Capability | Burn rate | |
|---|---|---|---|
| M3.1 Flash Previewdefault | untiered | 1 | "三个档位都包含 M3.1 Flash Preview 文本模型" — the one text model M Plan names. |
| H3 | untiered | — | "Explore 和 Build 还包含 H3 视频模型,Go 不包含视频模型". Video counts against the weekly window only, and consumes "远高于文本". |
| Image and audio models | untiered | — | "图像与音频生成、网络搜索和多模态理解能力" on every tier, sharing the same usage. Not text models; nothing to price against. |
Subscription versus your own API key
This compares two ways of working the same way — in an IDE or CLI, where BYOK tools make a direct API key a real option. It is not a claim that subscriptions are cheaper than the API in general.
No API price to compare against
Usage terms
Quoted from the vendor's own terms. We do not give legal advice.
MiniMax places no client restriction on the Subscription Key: "Any AI tool that supports the OpenAI-compatible or Anthropic-compatible protocol, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, Hermes Agent, and OpenClaw." The one qualification is advisory: "M Plan is designed for individual, interactive developer use, with higher-tier plans offering higher usage limits. Pay-as-you-go is recommended for production use."
