The billing doc gives Copilot Pro+ at "$39 USD per month" with "3,900" base credits and a "3,100" flex allotment, totalling "7,000" monthly AI credits. The billing reference fixes their value: "the total is converted into AI Credits, where 1 AI credit = $0.01 USD".
